This research paper aims to study the microfinance mechanism and its role in supporting the creation of micro-enterprises and providing job opportunities through a case study of the National Agency for Microcredit Management branch in M’sila. This agency is considered a pioneer in providing this type of financing in Algeria by granting microloans to vulnerable groups and low-income individuals to establish their own businesses and improve their incomes. The results showed that the agency, through the loans it provided, has effectively contributed to the creation of many micro-enterprises across various sectors, including services, commerce, and other activities within the province. These enterprises have become operational, thereby contributing to the provision of job opportunities for many unemployed individuals.
