Abstract

Through this study, we aim to understand the concept of inclusive growth and its determinants in the Algerian economic arena by using fiscal policy as a tool to achieve stability and economic growth, by establishing a set of rules that regulate public spending. To understand the relationship between public spending and inclusive growth, we studied the fiscal policy followed in the Algerian economy through spending on a group of sectors that adopt support for inclusive growth in Algeria during the period 2019-2023. The first section of the study addressed the theoretical aspect, including explanations of the nature of inclusive growth and the mechanisms for achieving it. The second section addressed the practical aspect, which clarified the relationship between government spending and inclusive growth in Algeria during the period 2019-2023, in order to determine the priorities of sectors in government spending by developing sound strategies that ensure the achievement of comprehensive growth in the Algerian economy in a sustainable manner.
