Abstract

 

The industrial sector contributes effectively to revitalizing economic life, as the national and industrial economy environment witnesses rapid technological developments and transformations, Which requires institutions today to adapt and keep pace with these developments and transformations in order to survive in the market and achieve their goals (profit, continuity, as well as competition with the private sector...), and this can only be achieved through sound management that provides information with the required quality to be presented to the institutions’ employees to help them develop strategies. And making appropriate decisions.developments and transformations in order to survive in the market and achieve their goals (profit, continuity, as well as competition with the private sector...), and this can only be achieved through sound management that provides information with the required quality to be presented to the institutions’ employees to help them develop strategies. And making appropriate decisions.

   This study aimed to identify the concept of information quality and its dimensions (time dimension, content dimension, formal dimension) and the impact of these dimensions in improving the job performance of the workers of the grain cooperative institution in the state of M’sila, where 66 factors were taken in order to measure the effect of information quality in improving job performance. In the institution, The study found a statistically significant effect of the quality of information in its three dimensions in improving job performance, with the suggestion of coordination between employees of the various departments of the organization and leaders to exchange ideas and transfer them to quickly understand the viewpoints of their subordinates.
