The Correlation between Business Incubators and Entrepreneurial Creativity: An exploratory study of the business incubator at the University of M'sila

The study aims to explore the nature of the correlation between business incubators and entrepreneurial creativity., with a focus on the M'sila University incubator, which embraces 59 projects. The study used electronic questionnaires as the main tool to collect data from a sample of 39 individuals. Using the descriptive approach and a set of appropriate statistical tools, the study found a statistically significant positive relationship between the role of the incubator and enhancing creativity among project holders. The study also revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the incubation period and beyond in the impact of the services provided by the M'sila University incubator (administrative, financial, marketing, technical, logistics) on promoting entrepreneurial creativity.
