This study aims to identify the role of venture capital in financing start-ups in Algeria through a case study of the company "Finalep", where we addressed the theoretical aspect of venture capital on the one hand and analyzed the financing activity of the Algerian-European financial company FINALEP on the other hand. The study relied on the deductive approach with its two tools of description and analysis through an analytical approach to the role of venture capital in financing start-ups in Algeria. This study concluded that venture capital plays a vital role in providing the financial resources and advisory services that start-ups need. It also highlighted that the success of this model in Algeria depends on developing a favorable regulatory environment and encouraging investors to take risks, as the Algerian-European financial company Finalep has been able to achieve distinguished results in recent years thanks to its great interest in financing start-ups.
