Criminal Liability of a Partner in International Criminal law

It was found that the perpetrator of the crime is not limited to the original contributor who carried out the act or the material acts constituting this crime, but also to the person who ridiculed the other in the execution of the act. The physical outlet was a machine in his hand Used to highlight the elements of the crime into existence. The criminal contribution is based on two main elements: the multiplicity of offenders and the crime unit. When one of them disappears, the criminal contribution becomes unfounded and there are also several criteria that the jurists have decided to distinguish between the contributors to the crime. Including standards based on the elements of crime and its multiplicity, and other criteria based on the crime committed. The legislator has adopted the criterion which depends on the elements of the crime and this is reflected in the legal texts adopted. The legislator considers that participation in the crime in any of the ways set out in articles 25of the Code of Conduct is a deliberate act. There can be no participation by mistake or negligence, and the Algerian Penal Code provides three means of contributory contribution: incitement, agreement and assistance.
