Audio Pollution in Algerian Law

Abstract

This study aims to highlight the protection of the environment Environmental protection is one of the vital constitutions for the human being to survive. For that; he has established laws and principles, in international pacts and in national legislations, in order to prevent environment abusing. The main problem is the audio pollution that has many causes and effects. The Algerian legislator endeavors to state laws and to do the best to prevent this pollution.
