Abstract

The preparationion of the electoral register is one of the most important stages of the electoral process as the whole if not all the most important at all basis that's the stage which to be included the names of those have the right to vote are included in the lists without this restriction the voter is not entitled to appear before the ballot box even if the conditions are available.
