Abstract

the effectiveness of electronic consumer protection from the abusive clauses established by the electronic furnisher, Measured across three images that complement each other, the first of images is the difinition of the public domain for the protection of the electronic consumer, by defining the electronic contract and also determining the area of application of the law in terms of persons, from in order to gain access to the effectiveness evaluation in that definition , the second picture is the effectiveness that derives from the subjective provisions of the abusive clauses, and the third, the effectiveness measured by the integration with some protection mechanisms through the obligation to the information, which has an important role in achieving effectiveness required, on consumer electronic protection from abusive clauses.
