Child and Family Protection in Algerian Media Legislation

Abstract

If the main purpose from Algerian legitimacy point of a view in publishing its media legislation, organising the media sector and providing press vacancies, its certain that he will be taking advantage in abusing its content which fails to protect a child and family rights, reputation, dignity and morals. Never the less their best interests affected by abusive different press practices, advertising activities. Especially on what’s related in editing, broadcasting programmes which directed to children, advertising work, how information obtained and published and other internal duties in media sector.
