Abstract

This research deals with the investment of the cash Waqf in Algerian legislation, where we aim to shed light on this kind of endowments, trying to answer the problem of how to organize the Algerian standard for this type of endowments and the extent to which it absorbed them, We have reached a set of results which we discussed at the end of the research, including: The Algerian standard did not attach great importance to this kind of endowments, and only the text on some formulas such as loan good And In fact it is not an investment.
