Abstract

This article includes a review of a new curriculum in environmental protection at the domestic level, it seeks to highlight what we can consider a developments and new concepts like the need towards sustainable development, out of the traditional administrative control approach, which based deterrence and binding and facing strong opposition from before the beneficiaries of the polluting activities who will be affected by their interest protection measures, to another approach relies on motivating the parties to take the initiative and push them toward making a contribution to get through it on the direct and indirect economic benefits, with an attempt to assess this transformation and to identify the position of the Algerian legislator in it.
