Abstract

؟ Tele-learning is a necessity imposed by modern technology that requires the recruitment of the Internet in various processes, including the educational process. The Algerian University is one of the universities that has moved towards the implementation of the tele-education system by working on the use of various digital technologies, especially recently after the spread of the coronavirus outbreak. Through this paper, we aim to identify the main obstacles and challenges that stand in the way of reflecting e-distance education at the University of Algeria. We study technical challenges related mainly to the Internet. In this context, we conducted a field study on a sample of professors of the Faculty of Information and Communication Sciences at the University of Algiers. Our study attempts to answer the President's question: What are the technical challenges facing distance education at the University of Algeria during the coronavirus period from the point of view of the professors of the Faculty of Information and Communication Sciences of the University of Algiers 03?
