Abstract

The study aimed to formulate a proposed vision for developing dialogue skills among Palestinian university youth as an entry point for preserving cultural identity. The results showed that the formation and preservation of the Palestinian cultural identity is a social process that suffers from a state of societal weakness resulting from internal division and incompatible harmony between parties. And that the Palestinian University is one of the first institutions to demand the representation of students' voice for action and participation in the university decision environment through dialogue.
