    The journal accepts articles written in Arabic, English, or French, submitted by university professors, PhD students, and researchers affiliated with recognized research institutions.

Manuscripts are assigned to qualified reviewers according to their field of expertise, and review reports constitute the main criterion for acceptance or rejection. In case of conflicting review outcomes, a third reviewer is consulted for the final decision.
