Abstract:
This study aims to induct the accountability of Frankfurt School of Critical Enlightenment and modernity, and it examines the school’s inability to present an alternative conception of what it criticized represented in: The Instrumental Reason, and The Reification and Alienation. The Frankfurt Critical School has succeeded in dissecting the Western mind, and it succeeded in explaining the problems of the transformation of the Western mind into The Instrumental Reason. It also succeeded, relatively, in enabling the central concepts that it created, but that success did not transform from characterization and accountability to presenting alternative perceptions and producing Alternative paradigm, through which a new framework can be established. In addition to the foregoing, the aesthetic’s absurd proposition in place of a parallel to the instrumentalist Reason constituted a simplistic and monistic view of the complex form.
