The literary text is based on many sciences and knowledge, and thus carries a cultural, intellectual, political and religious reality that reflects the image of the writer as one of the most important people in society, sometimes thinking on his behalf. In this article, we try to highlight the cultural aspects of the contemporary Algerian novel in order to understand how cultural patterns work within the creative achievement by drawing on the novel of Mahajer waiting for the supporters of Omar Hajj and by drawing on the theses of cultural criticism.
