This research deals with the most techniques used by the poet to make his poetic discourse universal, revealing by analyzing the structure of the poetic discourse in Divan (Abgadiat alrroh) by the poet Abdel Aziz Al-Maqaleh - on the techniques that transmit the poetic text from local to global, including: globalization of reception in the sense of making Addressee globally, and at the same time making the effect of the text universal and making awareness of reality universal, and this leads the poet to the globalization of the meaning of making the subject of discourse global, which requires also the globalization of the poetic lexicon, and the use of metaphors to unite the different worlds and integrate them to create new worlds, and employ realistic and historical symbols And mythical to reveal the essence of multiple worlds, and summon (Archetypal patterns) to emphasize the unity of origin and the oneness of the human world, and the intertextuality to make poetic discourse a comprehensive text of global texts and speeches that extend across different times, places and cultures
