Education in professional choices as a strategy for construction the student's professional project A reading of the Canadian Career Guidance Model

Vocational guidance is one of the most important areas in the educational system, as it aims to help the individual to know himself, his abilities, and skills, and use them in construction his professional project, and with scientific progress and rapid cultural and economic changes, it became imperative for vocational guidance to keep pace with this progress. To accompany the individual in his professional growth, most notably the vocational choices education programs in Canada, which drew the parameters of modern career guidance.
The most prominent of these programs was the method: Activation of professional and personal development, as psychological-pedagogical applications to accompany individuals in the stages of professional and personal growth, and the accompanying physical, mental, social and economic changes. This is what prompted us, in this research paper, to shed light on the path of educating career choices, by reading about the evolution of the career guidance model in Canada.
