Abstract

Agricultural lands are the backbone of the state from an economic point of view, due to the major role they play in the agricultural production process. The stability of any society or state is closely linked to these agricultural lands, so it was necessary to intervene to protect them from all forms of aggression against them or diversion of agricultural lands, by building on them illegally. Illegal construction on agricultural lands has become a widespread phenomenon that has led to the decline of many important agricultural areas, which led to the intervention of the legislator to criminalize the act of random construction on agricultural lands, as the criminal protection of agricultural lands from random construction is an urgent necessity to preserve them
