Abstract

This research addresses the topic of cloud computing services from a legal
perspective and its impact on the security of users' personal data. It
examines the nature and specificity of cloud computing contracts, the
typical conditions they include, and the obligations imposed on the
involved parties. Additionally, it explores the extent of civil liability borne
by both providers and recipients of cloud computing services. The research
concludes with several findings, the most significant of which is that cloud
computing technology, as a byproduct of the fourth technological
revolution, carries many risks of personal data breaches. Therefore, it is
necessary to regulate this type of contract and provide clearer legislation to
ensure an acceptable level of legal security for users
