Abstract

Robots constitute the culmination of the Industrial Revolution and the result of decades of Research and development, given their widespread presence in all aspects of human life. This has created new legal issues regarding how to determine the responsibility that robots may incur, especially as studies have shown that current legislative systems are insufficient to cover all damages resulting from the use of robots. Hence, it has become necessary to search for a new legal basis to address this gap by proposing modern principles for civil liability.
