The impact of using electronic management applications on public service provision in Algeria (The unified electronic window is a model)

Abstract

Within the framework of the efforts of the Ministry of Interior, Local Authorities and Urban Planning in Algeria, to continue modernizing the public service that it initiated, in order to keep pace with the major changes by adopting electronic administration applications, since the latter are of utmost importance for their impact on improving public service by reducing the components of files and simplifying administrative procedures, and therefore the aim of the subject was to research the launch of the project of applying the unified electronic window G.E. in municipalities as the basic base of the state, due to its direct relationship with citizens in providing public service
