Abstract

This article examines the neoconservative group, including its lobbyists and foreign policy elites, by examining its path and the enormous diversity of American society. Which includes these organizations, which share a common desire to reshape American public opinion. And influencing the choices of its decision makers. It also explains how it seeks to exert its influence in foreign policy, based on its mission, priorities, and resources. Also, identifying and knowing the framework within which the neo-conservative elites who influence American foreign policy are drawn is a central issue in understanding and interpreting the nature of this policy, to identify the goals and functions that each political unit sets for itself, at the internal, regional and international levels, so understanding American domestic and foreign policy , requires understanding these informal organizations as an important variable in the American political landscape..
