Abstract

This study entitled under medical practice in Algerian law and compared between authorization and prohibition. Aims to draw the attention of medical practitioners to the danger of this exercise, sometimes illegal unfortunately, which affects the bodily integrity of people or compromises it, and to illustrate the basis and limits of this practice.
