Trading the shares outside the stock exchange

Abstract

This study  aims to determine the methods of trading the shares of the shareholding company outside the stock exchenge , according to what was stated in the algerian commercial law  The study concluded that the informel capital market has its own means of trading stocks , and these methods are faster and more acceptable to individuals , traders and investors .

 And what the methods of trading shares outside the stock exchange are legitimate and regulated methodes that do not distiguich them from the methodes insides the stock exchange except that they are more rapid and less complicated , and both of them lead to the same result , which is the transfer of ownership of the share and the rights associated whith it .
