التحكيم الرياضي وفق الأطر القانونية الحديثة كاستراتيجية للحد من سمة العنف لدى الجماهير.(ملاعب كرة القدم الجزائرية نموذجا)

دفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الذي يلعبه التحكيم الرياضي الجيد في التقليل من ظاهرة العنف في ملاعب كرة القدم، ومن خلال الأطر القانونية الحديثة التي تساعد في التحضير البدني الجيد للحكام والتكوين الفعال، وكذلك اطلاع اللاعبين على قوانين كرة القدم المعدلة حديثا، وكذا عدم احتجاج وضغط من طرف المدربين والمسيرين، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستخدما الاستبيان إلكتروني كأداة للدراسة وعلى عينة بلغت 45 مستجيبا من حكام ولاعبين ومدربين ومسيرين، ولقد توصلنا إلى أن الحكم اللائق بدنيا يستطيع مجرات أحداث المباراة مما يجعله قريبا من الحالات ويسهل عليه رؤيتها ، وكذلك اطلاع اللاعبين على قوانين كرة القدم وخاصة المعدلة منها وعدم الضغط والاحتجاج المدربين والمسيرين على الحكم يؤدي إلى رضى الكل عن الأداء مهما كانت النتيجة أو قرار الحكم وهذا ما يؤدي إلى التقليل من ظاهرة العنف في الملاعب، وأن التحكيم الرياضي الذي يسير وفق الأطر القانونية الحديثة كاستراتيجية للحد من سمة العنف لدى الجماهير
