نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى تحديد النمط السلوكي المحبذ عند المواهب من خلال سلم القيادة لشلادوري لدى المواهب الشابة للسباقات المتوسطة ، و حسب كل صنف ، و مدى وجود فروق ذات دلالة بين الاصناف، قصد تبيانه لمجموع مدربي هؤلاء العدائيين و تفعيل علاقة مبنية على هذا النطاق أي وفق النمط المحبذ الذي من شأنه خلق بيئة تدريبية صحية تساهم بصورة ايجابية في عملية تطوير قدرات الناشئ و استمراره في الممارسة حتى صنف الاكابر وفق مبدا التكوين طويل المدى او مشروع البطل الرياضي .
