الاستثمار الرياضي في الجزائر وسبل نجاحه

يشهد الاستثمار في المجال الرياضي قفزة نوعية لا مثيل لها ونموا متسارع في السنوات الأخيرة، وبهذا أصبح يعتلي قمة الاستثمارات في مختلف دول العالم حيث يقدم فرصة لتحقيق أرباح وعوائد مالية ضخمة وخيالية، بالإضافة الى انه يساهم وبشكل كبير في رفع ودفع عجلة تنمية الاقتصاد لهذه الدول، وذلك بفعل التسيير العلمي والمنهجي له، وبالمقابل لا تزال النظرة التقليدية للرياضة تعتلى دول العالم الثالث فهي في أغلب الأحيان تمثل عبئا على ميزانيات الدولة نظرا لعدم وجود إستراتيجية واضحة المعالم وخطط فعالة لتحريك عجلة الاستثمار في هذه الدول، والتعامل مع الرياضة كصناعة حقيقية والعمل على تشجيع الاستثمارات على مستواها سواء المحلية أو الأجنبية على حد السواء في المجال الرياضي على وجه الخصوص، من خلال تسطير ووضع سياسة شاملة و واضحة المعالم لا إصلاح القطاع الرياضي تضم مختلف الأصعدة، من اجل تهيئة الظروف لخلق مناخ استثماري باعتباره عنصرا وعامل مهم في التشجيع على الاستثمار، وبالنظر إلى قطاع الرياضة في الجزائر، فان الدولة قد اهتمت هذا القطاع وعملت على إدخال الرياضة الجزائرية في عالم الاحتراف، فالاحتراف يعتبر من أرقى منتجات الرياضة وفق النموذج الحديث للرياضة، باعتباره مشروعا اجتماعيا يجسد معطيات الاقتصاد الحر الذي بيني على المنافسة وفق الجودة وتميز الإنتاج
