تناولت هذه الورقة البحثية، موضوع < توظيف الفكر المقاولاتي لدى طلبة معاهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية >، وكان الهدف الرئيسي منها هو إبراز دور الفكر والتوجه المقاولاتي لدى طلبة معاهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية في انشاء مؤسسات ومراكز رياضية خاصة ، وما يتطلبه الوضع الراهن من خلال خلق فرص عمل جديدة بعيدة عن الوظيف العمومي والقضاء على شبح البطالة الذي يأرق حوالي 45 ألف خريج جامعي بطال في ميدان staps في ظل النقص التوظيف في مختلف القطاعات العمومية بسبب وتبعات جائحة كوفيد 19.
