تهدف الدراسة الى توضيح دور المنشآت الرياضية في تكوين اللاعبين المحترفين في المدارس الكروية الجزائرية المحترفة، وإبراز أهمية توفير الهياكل والمنشآت المطابقة للمعايير الدولية التي تضمن التكوين الجيد للاعب كرة القدم، حيث استخدم الباحث في دراسته المنهجالوصفي، أما عينةالبحثفهيبعض أندية الشرق الجزائري المحترفة من الرابطة الأولى والثانيةوزعت عليهم استمارةأسئلة تعالج موضوع الدراسة، وقد توصل الباحث إلى أن عينة البحث أكدت أن المنشآت الرياضية التي تستعملهاالنوادي المحترفة ونوع ميادين اللعب لا تساعد على تكوين لاعبي المستوى العالي..
