The study aimed to know the role of electronic management in improving the administrative performance in sports institutions and to confirm its importance in enhancing job performance and developing the performance of employees in sports institutions. The researcher relied in his study on the descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of management employees in the youth and sports sector, and the sample represented administrative employees from The Foundation of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in M'sila, numbering (30) employees, and the questionnaire tool was used in the study. Among the results reached was that the electronic administration An important role in improving the administrative performance of sports institutions. It also has a role in enhancing job performance in sports institutions and contributes to developing the performance of employees in sports institutions
