The Level of Health care Provided to the Jordanian National Teams of Racket Games from Their Point of View

Abstract

The Level of Health care provided to the Jordanian National Teams of Racket Games from Their Point of View. The study aimed at investigating the level of health care provided to the Jordanian national teams of racket games from their point of view. The researchers used the descriptive approach. The study samples consisted of male and female players. The study samples consist of (60) player, (37) mail and (23) females representing sports (badminton, tennis, table tennis, and squash). The researchers designed the two study tools, and data was collected through the use of a questionnaire which includes three parts: demographic variables and a health care scale which includes (15) items. To analyze the data, means, standard deviations, percentages, frequencies, one-way analysis of variance, and (T) test. The results indicated that the level of health care provided to the Jordanian national teams of racket games from their point of view with a moderate degree, and the level of health care provided to badminton players in the first ranked, followed by table tennis players, squash and tennis players, respectively. There are no statistically significant differences on the level of health care provided to the by members of the study sample according to the gender variable. There are statistically significant differences on the level of health care depending on the variable of the type of game attributed to the badminton games. The researchers also recommends providing specialists of health care to students and to commit to the protocol of International Olympic Committee which belongs to players' mental health
