Sports education it is a multidimensional educational system that seeks to develop the individual
physically, mentally, psychologically, and socially, contributing to the building of a healthy and
balanced society. By achieving physical, health, psychological, mental, and social goals, sports
education emerges as an effective tool for enhancing quality of life, developing individual and
collective capabilities, and instilling positive values that support human integration. Historical
and technological developments in this field highlight the need to adopt modern methods based on
science and technology, while paying attention to the cultural and social aspects that influence its
practice. The future requires more joint research and integration between humanities and scientific
disciplines to achieve the goals of sports education, which benefit both the individual and society.
It can be said that sports education it is a comprehensive educational tool that contributes to the
building and development of a balanced human being physically, mentally, and socially. Physical
education has evolved throughout history, responding to the needs of diverse societies and
becoming an essential part of the modern educational process. Continued support and development
of this field are essential to meeting contemporary challenges and achieving the health and
educational goals of societies
