Abstract

The study aims to identify the role of applying total quality management in improving the marketing performance of sports institutions Through the administrative and organizational levels to achieve the required performance, And highlighting its most important principles as a factor in the success of sports institutions , The study sample consisted of (37) male and female employees, One of the most important results is that there is a role for the higher management's awareness of the sports institution The standards, culture and principles of quality in the marketing performance variable And achieving training and continuous improvement requirements for total quality management To achieve marketing performance in sports institution
