We aim through this study to determine the preferred behavioral pattern for talents through the Schladori leadership ladder among the young talents of the intermediate races, and according to each category, and the extent to which there are significant differences between the categories, in order to show it to the total of the trainers of these runners and activate a relationship based on this scale That is, according to the preferred pattern that would create a healthy training environment that contributes positively to the process of developing the capabilities of the youth and continuing in practice until the class of seniors according to the principle of long-term formation or the project of the sports champion
