The effect of a proposed training program for speed and balance in developing dribbling skill for football players- category 13-15 years

The aim of this study is to find out the effect of a proposed training program for the speed and balance qualities in developing the dribbling skill of the youngest footballer,. To achieve this, the researcher used the experimental method to suit this study, On a random sample of 24 football players of the (CRAK) category 13-15 years, active in the honorary division of the Skikda League-Algeria (2016). They were divided into two groups: the pilot sample included 12 players and the control sample Witness): included 12 players. Where they applied physical tests (speed run 30 meters and test Fleischmann balance motor), skill tests (dribbling "Vander hoof"). It concluded that the proposed training program for the two qualities of speed and balance has a positive effect on developing the dribbling skill of the experimental sample. In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommends conducting more studies and research in this area that would increase interest in developing the physical, motor and basic skills of soccer players, especially the younger groups..
