Individual consideration and its role in achieving organizational commitment among employees in sports departments

he aim of this study is to know the role of the individual consideration in the realization of the organizational commitment of the workers of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the wilaya of M’sila. The study relied on the descriptive approach, as it was compatible with the chosen topic. The researcher used the questionnaire method on a sample of 41 employees of the workers of theDirectorate of Youth and Sports of the wilaya of M’sila.
-Results obtained:
•All assumptions have been fulfilled regarding the workers of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Wilayat of M'sila.
• Individual consideration plays a role in achieving the Organizational commitment of the workers of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Wilayat of M'sila.
•xistence the high level of organizational commitment of the workers of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Wilayat of M'sila.
•There is a positive relationship between individual consideration organizational commitment among workers From the Department of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Wilayat of M'sila
