Abstract

The research aims To make contributions of the application of electronic
management in the administrative work in sports institutions, Through the
process of planning and organization, the process of guidance and control, as it is
a modern introduction to the development and modernization of organizations
and the face of traditional management problems.
The descriptive approach was used on a sample of 25 employees of the
Directorate of Youth and Sports in the province of Bouira, and the researcher
used a questionnaire Scale as a tool for measurement, The most important
research results have indicated the application of electronic management
contributions to the administrative work in sports institutions because it
represents a modern approach based on information and communication
technology, where this modern approach features advantages and characteristics
distinguish it from other approaches, E-management contributes to planning
processes, which is the process of predicting what the future will be with the
readiness to develop the process of regulation, More effective guidance as a
process to influence the behavior of individuals to ensure the focus of their
efforts, And improve the control mechanisms as it is a key element and important
elements of the administrative process carried out by the administrator of sports
institutions.
