This study aims to identify job satisfaction among teachers of physical education and sports in light of the approach to competencies in the secondary phase, in order to adopt educational policies that enhance the positive aspects and correct the negative aspects. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach for its suitability for this study, on a random sample of 23 A professor out of 150 distributors in different secondary schools in the state of M’sila, where the questionnaire was applied to them, and it was concluded that the average job satisfaction of a professor of physical education and sports in light of the approach to competencies in the secondary phase, and attention must be paid to the relationship with colleagues, attention to working conditions and supervision of the pupil worker, Because of its positive effects in raising the morale, achieving psychological compatibility, and increasing the level of their production. In light of the results of the research, it is recommended that the researcher rely on specialists and experts in explaining and assisting teachers of physical education and sports to understand the approach with competencies and intensification of forums and trainings for the approach to competencies in the field of physical activity.
