Quality rings and their role in applying the principles of total quality to develop university education in light of some models (Kaufmann, Marsh, European Excellence)

Abstract

The objective of the current research is to identify the role of quality workshops in the application of the universal principles of quality for the development of university education, as well as to identify obstacles to their application and suggested solutions. It has been concluded that quality workshops are of great importance and that various obstacles have been found in the application of their principles.
