Abstract

Handball is a semi-sports game that is characterized by the diversity of its sports skills, as well as the close interrelationship between them, which makes the opportunity to achieve progress in skill performance linked to what the previous skill offers. Some basic skills in handball such as handling and shooting are among the critical skills in this game. Through it, it is possible to obtain a direct goal that gives the team precedence in progress, and this comes through the performance of repetitions and correction and relying on feedback to ensure the awareness of the movement and its application. The semi-sports games also have a great role in learning basic skills, as they can contribute to a large and positive way in achieving diversity in the exercises used and methods of implementation, as well as “facilitating the process of learning and retaining the skill, taking into account the difficulty or ease of the skill to be learned through gradation and following the organization When performed, this is achieved through games that are close to play, which contribute greatly to the correct, error-free motor performance
