The role of organization in developing the performance of workers in sports institutions

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role that the organizing function plays in developing the skills of
workers in sports bodies and this in order to maintain its stability and cohesion, the study was
conducted on a sample of 53 workers in the Regional Football Association in Batna and to reach
accurate results the descriptive survey approach was followed, was done Using the study tool
represented in a questionnaire containing 14 phrases, the most important results of which are:
