The contribution of sustainable development requirements to achieving outstanding performance in sports facilities

Abstract

Our research is a descriptive study of the reality of sustainable development in sports facilities and its impact on their performance, and the researcher's goal is to identify the contribution of requirements for sustainable development in achieving the outstanding performance of sports facilities. We relied on the descriptive analytical method for its relevance to the subject of the study. The researcher used the questionnaire tool. The study sample was simple random, where the total sample amounted to 22 frames belonging to the directorates of youth and sports in the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj, Msila and Sétif for the academic year 2021/2022, and among the most important results: The requirements (administrative, financial, human) for sustainable development contribute to achieving outstanding performance in sports facilities
