The relationship of some time management methods to achievement motivation among workers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Souk Ahras state

Abstract

The study aimed to identify some time management methods and their relationship to achievement motivation among workers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Souk Ahras. The study in the questionnaire, and the most important results reached: - There is a statistically significant relationship between the axis of the method (management by delegation - management by objectives) and achievement motivation among workers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports.
