Abstract

This study aims to shed light on an issue in which there is much talk at the present time, which is the
repercussions of the outbreak of the Corona virus (Covid-19) on the contractual obligations of the parties to
the contract. On the problematic of the study by addressing each of the legal adaptation of the Covid-19
pandemic, and the impact of the Covid-19 virus on contractual obligations.
