On this basis, it is called high-intensity, which aims primarily at continuous change in the methods used. In training the athlete, each according to his level of performance, the game of volleyball for people with disabilities is among the sports games and events that have received great attention from workers and international volleyball experts. One of the features of the progress and advancement of society is helping these disabled people by qualifying them and integrating them into society, and it is one of the best factors that help with integration. It is a sport, and through the above, the importance of research is evident, for specialists and workers in the field of volleyball training to become acquainted with the combined, frequent, high-intensity method and to benefit from the results of the study and from designing structural plans as a time indicator for organizational work that depends on the use of frequency in the continuity of training loads by trying A serious process of investigating modern training alternatives using combined exercises in the high-intensity repetitive method to achieve good technical performance of basic skills. The problem of the research lies in the researcher’s experience. She noticed that the players of the Dhi Qar Committee in sitting volleyball were unable to control their movements in a harmonious and harmonious manner in different circumstances during Training or competition. This category also performs multiple movements, but in a random and unorganized manner, which deprives them of the opportunity to confront balls and thus causes a weakness in the team’s defensive and offensive position. This is what prompted the researcher to address the case and investigate the use of an alternative method by preparing combined exercises using the high-intensity repetitive method to develop some basic skills and in forms that were not previously used in their training. The most important goals are to identify the statistical differences between pre- and post-tests in developing some basic skills among football players. The plane is seated by the Dhi Qar Committee. The research sample was disabled volleyball players sitting in the Dhi Qar committee for the season (2022-2023). The researcher reached the most important conclusions through the results that showed that both exercises combined with the frequent, high-intensity method used by the coach have a role in the process of creating development in The basic skills under study for sitting volleyball players.
