Perceived self-efficacy and cognitive self-regulation and their relationship to positive thinking among soccer referees in the Middle Euphrates governorates
Abstract
Introducing the research and its importance, and the research problem. Through the fact that the researcher is one of the workers in the field of arbitration and management of football matches and his unlimited interest in how to produce successful leadership by dealing with various situations and circumstances that multiply with the multiplicity of conditions of matches and their different environments, we find that it is important to be keen on Continuous provision of everything that develops his ability to think positively and effectively to enrich and activate the leadership characteristic that he must possess, and here the researcher’s feeling focused that thinking is positive by feeding it with several tributaries, and according to his belief, the perceived self-efficacy in refining the desired behaviors and supporting them with organized self-knowledge has an important and effective role In enhancing the overall instantaneous and rapid thinking processes in order to show the appropriate behavioral behavior to face all the situations to which it is exposed, . The objectives of the research were to identify the levels of perceived self-efficacy and cognitive self-regulation and their relationship to positive thinking among football referees in the governorates of the Middle Euphrates. The research methodology and field procedures, the researcher used the descriptive approach using the methods of survey studies and correlational and predictive relationships. The most important conclusions and recommendations were the researchers concluded the validity of the measures of perceived self-efficacy, cognitive self-regulation, positive thinking and the existence of a significant correlation between the research variables. by football referees as one of the important factors in increasing the cognitive level
