The progress in volleyball that occurred came about as a result of advancements in training protocols, equipment availability, training methods upgrades, and coaches' technical, practical, and psychological preparation. These factors had to keep up with the unique characteristics of the game, which called for a variety of quick stances as well as high levels of physical and motor skills throughout the match. Therefore, the importance of the research comes from using the exercises used in crushing and blocking the players and bringing them to the integration of the required physical and skill level. Therefore, the researchers sought to use the force rebound method, which works on the strength and speed of the rebound, since these skills depend greatly on the strength of rapid vertical jumping and rebounding. High action by developing exercises to demonstrate their impact on physical, motor and skill performance. The participants in the study were the players of the Kufa Sports Club, and the experimental research design was employed. The key findings are that physical activity, as prescribed by the rebound force proved effective for the players, which helped raise the level of skill performance for the skills studied.
