Abstract

The research is important because it prepares qualitative exercises based on strength platform results and uses them to improve biomotor capabilities all the way down to the development of general skill performance for a sample that requires privacy in handling it. It also seeks to determine the effects of those exercises in the development of strength biomotor capabilities and improve the level of performance of skills on the device of the jumping platform Bmnastic artistic students, the problem of research is through After performing a preliminary test for students in collaboration with the subject instructor, the researcher's interest in the sport of artistic gymnastics and its many devices was observed. It was found that there was a deficiency in the students' performance of jumping abilities on the jumping table. used the experimental approach by designing the two equivalent groups , The research sample was represented by the students of the third stage for the academic year (2023-2024), numbering (10) students in each group, the implementation of qualitative exercises continued for a period of (8) weeks and by (16) educational units, and by two days a week (Monday and Wednesday), and the researchers used appropriate statistical means to address the results, and accordingly The researchers came to the conclusion that the qualitative workouts, in accordance with the strength platform's outputs, had a beneficial effect on the development of certain biomotor capacities and raised the performance level of the front-hand jumping skill on the jumping platform. As a result, the researchers advise doing these workouts to enhance biomotor skills and raise the skill performance level of the talent under study
